HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY BAG AND COMPLETE AN ORDER ONLINE?

To add an item to your bag start by browsing through our website then simply click on the product image for further information. Each item can be sold seperately. The items have a size option you must select, then simply click on the “add to my bag” button. To choose your size please follow our size chart. You then have the option to view the bag, by clicking on “view bag” when the item is added or “My Bag” at the top right of your screen. Review the items at any time by clicking on the name of the items chosen. You can remove any items you no longer wish to purchase. You can continue shopping and add additional items to your bag. Once you have updated all items in your bag you can ‘proceed to check-out’ and complete your order. To finalise your order you will also be asked to provide contact details, and your payment and delivery information.  Please note you will not be able to add an item to your bag if it has sold out, however you can contact our customer service team via email on [email protected] to see if an item is still available in our stock or if and when it will come back.

ADDING ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST? 

To store your favourite items in your Wishlist, simply select the item you want and click onto the ‘Add To Wishlist’ button. You can then keep browsing. You can go back and view your Wishlist at any time, just click on the ‘Wishlist’ button at the top right of your screen. When you have finished browsing you can simply add items you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed to complete your order.

WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT?

“My Account” means the account that you will need to register for on the site if you would like to submit an order on the site. Here you will find your history orders and your registered details for future orders.

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN SUIT?

By creating your own suit, simply click on “Customize” in the menu of the home page, where you will find our configurator in 3D and the six designs to choose from. Once chosen the model you want to customize, simply click on the avatar that specifies the name of the suit, single blazer or pants. You will find further information of the item by clicking on “discover”. You will then be able to choose fabric, colour and details such as piping, lapels & flaps, buttons and handkerchief and see it in all of its prospetives thanks to our configurator. You can switch fabrics, colours and details at any time. You can not customize/modify/ the design of the suits. The designs remain that of Hebe Studio. Please note. To fully use our configurator in 3D on android or Ios you will have to download our application. Once you have customized the item of your choice, and have added your size, you add the items to “My Bag” and proceed to checkout in order to purchase. You can save it in your personal wishlist and easily purchase later from any device. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE SUIT TO BE CUSTOMIZED AND DELIVERED TO ME?

The customized suit/single item will be made and delivered to you in 4 weeks using DHL delivery standard, and 3 weeks with DHL delivery express. For further details, please refer to our Delivery page.

I HAVE CUSTOMIZED AND PURCHASED A SUIT BUT WANT TO MODIFY THE COLORS CHOSEN. CAN I?

If you want to change your order please contact our Customer Care Team immediately via email on [email protected] with your personal order details and change request details for new order. Please note changes on orders can be made up to 2 days maximun from received order confirmation. We will not refund your money back for changing your mind in not wanting the order anymore.

WHAT IF THE CUSTOMIZED ITEM DOES NOT FIT OR IS NOT THE COLOR/DESIGN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE?

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct. The product information is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product. While the colour reproduction for each product is the exact or a very close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software. If you are unsure before purchasing please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. If the size or the fit is wrong, we will offer a refund or customize your suit again in the right size, on the condition that the original product returns in perfect and un-used condition, with tag attached, and in its own packaging. CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE? 

Yes, the process is the same as shopping for yourself. When you enter the payment and shipping pages of the site you can choose to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK? 


Please note all stock displayed online is in stock and available to purchase, unless the item is labelled ‘SOLD OUT’. Contact our customer care team via email on [email protected] for any additional questions regarding sold out items.

WHAT CARDS/PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES HEBE STUDIO ACCEPT? 

We accept payments via Paypal, or major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard Maestro and AMEX. Your card will be debited at the time of order confirmation. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Hebe Srl.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE? 

All prices online are displayed in Euros and can be converted in english pounds and American Dollars inclusive of vat.

WHAT ABOUT SALES?

“The Hebe Suit” is Hebe Studio’s continuative collection that does not go on sale. However we do have special offers during the year so make sure to subscribe to our newsletter.
