The client has the right to return the goods within a maximum of 14 days from shipment.
Hebe Studio will be happy to offer a refund, on the condition that the product is returned in perfect and un-used condition, with tag attached, and in its own packaging.
Shipment costs for the return of the product are free.
When creating an item, please note that while the colour reproduction for each product is the exact or a very close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software. If you are unsure before purchasing please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
If the size or the fit is wrong, we will offer a refund or create your suit again in the right size, on the condition that the original product returns in perfect and un-used condition, with tag attached, and in its own packaging.

In order to effect the return, the client is invited to e-mail our customer service at the address email@example.com where the client must:
Provide the order number
Specify the product that will be returned
Describe the reason for the exchange and/or refund
In the event of an exchange, the product with which substitution is requested.
Once this information has been provided, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail and the waybill, that is to be printed and attached visibly on the front of the package.
We will then organize the pick up of the courier.
IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE TO EFFECT ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER.
Hebe is not responsible for any theft or loss during shipment.
The refund method can be chosen by the client, by either exchanging products on the website www.hebe-studio.com or via refund of credit.
Refund timings vary on the basis of the method of payment chosen, and on inter-bank circuits:
Credit Cards: We shall effect a refund within 7 working days from the e-mail “Confirmation Acceptance of Return”. The timing by which the refund will be seen on the client’s account depends on the Institution which emits the card
Paypal: We will effect refund within 2 working days from the “Confirmation Acceptance of Return” e-mail. The refund will be immediately visible on the Client’s Paypal Account.
If the price of the item with which the original item is being exchanged with is higher than that of the original item, the balance can be paid online utilizing our usual methods of payment.
If the price of the substitute item is lower than the first item, Hebe Studio will refund the difference in the 15 working days following the restitution of the original item, ONLY after a satisfactory accurate inspection of the same.
