Delivery

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

Hebe Studio delivers worldwide from its offices in Rome, Italy with DHL EXPRESS or STANDARD service.

Delivery and shipping charges within Europe is free.

For all other destinations charges will be calculated in the my bag section once you proceed to check-out.

Please allow for 2-3 working days from the moment in which the order is forwarded to us to our shipping warehouse.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICIES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Hebe Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Hebe Studio you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Delivery Times:

The following delivery times refer to working days

Italy: 24-48 hours (excluding islands: 48-72 hours)

Europe: 48-72 hours

Outside of Europe: 72-96 hours

Delivery Times for Personalized Items:

4 WEEKS FOR CREATION AND DELIVERY WITH STANDARD SERVICE

3 WEEKS FOR CREATION AND DELIVERY WITH EXPRESS SERVICE

For international orders, the client is responsible for any customs duty or levy tax within its own country.

Our courier will deliver only during office hours, from Monday to Friday. If the recipient is absent on the day of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of delivery, which will contain a telephone number to call in order to fix another delivery date.

If the package should be returned to the sender, the Client will be contacted by our Customer Services department, to agree on a new delivery date at an address of the recipient’s choice.

If the package is severely damaged upon reaching destination, the client is requested to refuse to accept delivery from the courier, and to immediately contact our Customer Services department.

When the products leave our warehouses they are affixed with quality seals, which should be intact at the moment of delivery.

As required by the rules of commerce, all www.hebe-studio.com deliveries are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro.
